Job Description:

Our bartenders are responsible for creating a memorable experience by providing excellent guest service, maintaining professional appearance, and delivering high-quality drinks. This role involves building relationships within the hotel and local community, as well as maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Job Responsibility:

Build an experience that is memorable and unique
Take ownership of guest service
Make the bar look and function flawlessly
Build relationships with others across the hotel and in the community
Anticipate and deliver on guests’ needs
Provide excellent guest service
Handle money and maintain information accuracy
Ensure the quality of drinks

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
Professional appearance and adherence to company policies and procedures
