The Lifestyle Bartender at AC Hotel Guatemala City is responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests, mixing drinks, and staying updated on trends and guest needs. The role emphasizes guest service, bar functionality, and relationship building, alongside maintaining professionalism and safety.

Job Responsibility:

Mixing drinks
building a memorable and unique guest experience
staying updated on new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests’ needs
taking ownership of guest service
making the bar look and function flawlessly
building relationships within the hotel and community
maintaining a professional appearance and safe workplace
performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
