Job Description:

The lifeguard role at Cebu Mactan Residences encompasses maintaining the fitness and recreation areas, promoting safety, assisting Residence owners, and adhering to the company's standards and policies.

Job Responsibility:

Wipe down fitness center machines and remove towels, trash, and debris from fitness center area
maintain an adequate supply of cups and water in recreation area
clean fitness and recreation area restrooms and showers
distribute lockers and towels to the Residence owners
conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment
promote the rules and regulations of the recreation and fitness facilities
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
complete safety training and certifications
ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
welcome and acknowledge Residence owners
anticipate and address Residence owners’ needs
assist individuals with disabilities
speak with others using clear and professional language
visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Fitness Equipment
any certification or training required by local and state agencies
