Job Description:

Analyzing, optimizing and creating financial models for insurance products; Providing thorough analyses of complex data; Performing data analytics for Allianz Group top players.

Job Responsibility:

Support the production/review of the balance sheet and earnings under IFRS17
Contributing to the establishment of IFRS17 end-to-end reporting process
Review and comment on global IFRS17 implementation approach in various areas
Understand the impact to earnings and balance sheet and provide insight to management
Identify the process or areas to change and enhance for IFRS17 implementation, and co-ordinate with various teams to ensure changes are well understood and implemented
Communicate the issues/challenges with senior actuaries or stakeholders on time

Requirements:

Real experience of validating IFRS17 valuation engine output
2-4 years of experience in life insurance / finance
Masters degree in Economics/ Mathematics /Actuarial Sciences
Willing to study towards the UK IFoA (certification is a plus)
Programming experience in different tools (SAS, C++, Python)
Advanced user of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Access)
English

Nice to have:

French
able to develop methodology further
strong analytical skills to solve complex tasks and provide advice in the area of expertise
