Job Description:

Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy across California. With our purpose to improve access to high-quality mental health care, our services have expanded to include both Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP/PHP) and a Maternal Mental Health program. We are actively hiring California Licensed Mental Health Therapists for our outpatient remote and/or hybrid roles (in select locations).

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person) with diverse mental health needs, including ADHD, mood disorders, and relational issues
  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
  • Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
  • Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance

Requirements:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles)
  • Must not be opted out of Medicare
  • Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and DBT
  • including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom)
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service
  • Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities
