Job Description:

The License and Permit Analyst Intern supports the store operations by maintaining various permits needed to operate the store business and upgrades current permits where applicable. The License and Permit Analyst also researches permits for new stores as acquisitions arise and supports the company goals by focusing on personal accountability, customer service, and work efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with completing applications, requesting payments, and mailing both in a timely manner
  • Assist Manager as needed
  • Scan all permits and backup documents for online access
  • Serve as a backup as needed in the Support Services Department
  • Sort incoming mail and post outgoing mail
  • Assist with the copying and mailing of renewal applications, licenses and tax returns

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, currently enrolled in college
  • Good keyboarding skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Possess multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to research online as needed
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Team player and professional demeanor
  • Ability to keep all personal information confidential
