Requirements:
Have a high attention to detail
Demonstrate effective communication & inter-personal skills
Demonstrate good IT skills, working with Microsoft Office and/or management data systems
Be logical, methodical and organised
Have experience of working in a customer facing role
Have a track record of working effectively with people presenting with challenging behaviour or from disadvantaged groups (Desirable)
Hold a Level 3 Library and Information Services qualification, or be willing to work towards achieving within an agreed timescale
Hold Level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy
Qualification in Customer Service Level 2 (Desirable)
Nice to have:

Qualification in Customer Service Level 2
