Requirements

College Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Water Treatment field or 10 years of experience in Construction and/or Commissioning
Strong focus on customer relationships (both external and internal customers)
Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and process startup related to WTS products and systems including but not limited to Reverse Osmosis, Clarifiers, Thickeners, Pressure Filters, etc.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams
Possess basic water treatment chemistry knowledge and communicate that information to others
Electrical experience and know-how (hands on, reading and interpreting drawings, etc), particularly with electrical panels, junction box, cabling and grounding practices, etc.
Familiarity with setup, installation, configuration, calibration and/or maintenance of instrumentation used in water treatment processes
Strong oral and written communication skills
Valid driver's license

Job Responsibility

Construction liaison between design engineering and construction during the erection of the Water Treatment Plant
Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites
Manage activities of outside vendors and suppliers, assuring services and supplies meet project specifications and performance requirements
Develop Standard Operating Procedures and log sheets to document and monitor equipment during storage, installation and/or initial operations
Develop and execute installation, assembly and storage plans
Perform quality inspections of electromechanical equipment/rotating equipment with Clients and client-designated representatives
Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within safety standards
Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages
Figure out alignment issues and plumb adjustment figures. Plane Geometry, chemistry formulas
Lead and/or assist customers with Electrical and/or Instrumentation requirements (space, labor requirements, tools, disposal of test water, etc..) to support commissioning activities, operational/startup spares and Operating and Maintenance Practices
