Job Description:

Data Entry & Follow up; Settlement; Loan Support; Job Authority

Job Responsibility:

  • Complete data entry in salesforce and lender system (e.g. AOL/loan app etc.) accurately
  • Assist loan officers to fill out application forms
  • Assist Loan officers and consultants to follow up with lender for application updates related matters.
  • Conduct employment/accountant verification as required
  • Confirm loan approval amount, approval date, and settlement date and update salesforce system accordingly.
  • Assist broker to coordinate with lender for the settlement matters e.g., loan document signing and returning, settlement booking etc.
  • Liaise with loan officers and brokers to resolve settlement outstandings requirement
  • Order Equifax report
  • Assist broker with pricing requests for nominated lenders
  • Process valuation request as instructed by consultants or loan officer, follow up till valuation report has been completed.
  • Follow the SoP and process accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Able to fulfill all duties with English
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Good time management and team player
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably majored in Finance, Accounting or other business-related field.
  • Fresh Graduate
