Job Description:

A key team member owning the lending life cycle to support all real estate transactions across JWB; including asset acquisitions, new construction, and refinances (both with private individuals and institutions). This role is a steward of the lender experience ensuring that our lenders and vendors receive exceptional and regular communication ensuring a smooth and timely workflow. You will be the main point of contact for existing lender relationships as well as soliciting new relationships providing high quality experiences to retain clients and obtain new leads. This role will be supported by a remote lending assistant who is primarily responsible for execution of loan processing, document preparation, file setup, and simple client communications, allowing this role to focus on relationship communication, lender experience, allocation and placement of funds, and transaction flow oversight.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective private lenders explaining various loan products and opportunities available
  • Support client retention and repeat business efforts through strong relationship management and referral outreach
  • Track and update lender data to ensure accuracy across all systems and reporting tools
  • Organize financing for the closing of approximately 30 loans per month across private lenders and institutional lenders
  • Maintain accurate lender records, ensuring all required documents, credentials, and agreements are complete and properly stored
  • Collaborate with lending partners, title companies, insurance providers, and attorneys to support seamless transaction workflows
  • Work collaboratively with multiple internal and external teams to support operations, process improvements, and special projects
  • Comfortable delegating and overseeing a remote teammate who will support this role across all facets and responsibilities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage 100+ transactions per month
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong client service mindset
  • Highly self-directed, dependable, and comfortable working independently without on-site supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple deadlines and document requirements simultaneously
  • Salesforce experience is a plus, as well as familiarity with other digital loan management or CRM systems
  • Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced, process-driven, with support in a remote environment
