This long-term contract position involves providing administrative and contract management support to the Business Development group within the Legal Department. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and possess outstanding communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to contribute their expertise while working collaboratively with professionals at all levels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support to four attorneys, including managing calendars and coordinating schedules
  • Handle expense reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Perform centralized filing duties, including organizing, maintaining, and retrieving records as needed
  • Assist with contract administration processes such as data entry, tracking signatures, and preparing correspondence
  • Perform general office tasks, including copying, scanning, and routing documents
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to urgent situations requiring quick decisions or actions
  • Develop creative solutions to challenges affecting the group or related departments
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of tasks with efficiency
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
