Job Description:

In this role as a Legal Operations and Contract Manager, you'll work closely with teams across the whole company, reporting directly to the Associate General Counsel you will work with teams in Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Security, and Sales. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that legal processes flow smoothly and contracts are managed proficiently, providing a backbone for the diverse functions that drive our business forward.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals or terminations
Lead coordination efforts between departments to fulfill legal obligations and implement legal operational policies
Assess potential legal risks in contractual agreements and develop appropriate risk management protocols and guidelines
Negotiate terms with vendors and monitor their performance to ensure compliance with contracts
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect all necessary information for evaluating contracts
Implement best practices to streamline contract management
Work closely with department heads to align contract terms with business objectives

Requirements:

Certification in contract management such as CPCM or CCM (Preferred)
2+ years with CLM systems
3+ years in a legal operations role
