Legal Counsel

• draft, review, negotiate and advise on agreements across content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements
• identify legal risks, design mitigation strategies, and facilitate content initiatives
• conduct legal research and deliver actionable guidance
• manage diverse legal projects, oversee workflows, maintain databases, and assist with compliance
• support incident management and dispute resolution
• prepare and deliver training, memorandums, and presentations on legal matters

• US barred lawyer with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in-house in experience-economy and/or technology first companies
• solution-oriented and strategic thinker with strong business judgment
• strong legal drafting skills
• Native or Bilingual English
• ability to take ownership and prioritize resources for multiple time-sensitive projects
• effective communicator with emotional intelligence
• self-motivated and adaptable team player with a growth mindset
