Job Description:

Join Fever’s Legal team in Madrid to support content production teams in the US and beyond by addressing legal matters related to event productions, intellectual property, and compliance. Work in a collaborative environment and contribute to a rapidly growing company.

Job Responsibility:

Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on agreements for content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements
support business and production teams by identifying legal risks
conduct legal research and deliver actionable guidance
manage legal projects and oversee contract workflows
assist with internal compliance
support incident management and dispute resolution
prepare and update internal templates and legal documents
deliver training and presentations on legal matters.

Requirements:

Qualified US barred lawyer with 5+ years post-qualification experience in-house in experience-economy and/or technology-first companies (with top-tier law firm experience a plus)
solution-oriented and strategic thinker with strong business judgment
strong legal drafting skills
native or bilingual English
ability to take ownership and prioritize resources for multiple time-sensitive projects
effective communicator with emotional intelligence
self-motivated and adaptable team player.
