Job Description:

Provide business-oriented legal advice, monitor and address legal issues, draft and review contracts, ensure governance policy implementation, and work internationally with cross-functional teams to support business needs and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Provide business-oriented legal advice to all levels of management and staff
monitor, research and address legal issues within the company / branch
draft and review contracts, agreements and corporate documents (e.g. rules of procedure), corporate resolutions and accompanying legal documentation
ensure implementation of internal governance policies
raise awareness of, and develop risk mitigation measures
work with the global Allianz Technology Legal community in developing and enhancing practices and procedures
work in cross-functional teams as required and in line with evolving business needs and the regulatory environment
conduct trainings
closely follow legislative processes both on a national and international level and help to identify necessary steps for their implementation at Allianz Technology SE
oversee and steer external legal counsel, where applicable.

Requirements:

a Master Degree in Moroccan law or a similar qualification
4 to 10 years’ experience working as an in-house attorney in an international company or as an attorney in an international law firm
excellent language skills in English and French (sufficient English skills with excellent reading, writing and listening skills is a must)
a good understanding of the business environment and are eager to work in an international environment
the ability to work well in a team and have excellent communication skills
an entrepreneurial spirit and are well-organized
strong negotiation skills and follow an analytical approach
the ability to work independently and be a trustful advisor to the local management
a keen attention to details.
