Job Responsibility:
Deliver comprehensive general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Legal Department
Manage financial-related tasks, including raising Purchase Orders and liaising with vendors for payment matters
Organise diaries and book rooms for meetings
Arrange travel and manage expenses efficiently
Compile reports and assist with ad hoc document requests, including formatting and proof-reading
Maintain confidentiality and a good working knowledge of internal systems
organise teleconferences, Teams meetings, and videoconferences as needed
Carry out one-off projects and assist with document management
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Minimum HNC, 'A' level, NVQ3, Secretarial qualification or equivalent
Experience in a legal environment preferable
Relevant work experience in a comparable setting
Pharma sector experience also useful but not essential
Proven expertise in utilising MS Office and various databases (typing, input, updating, reporting)
Experienced in dealing with internal company stakeholders at all levels
Ability to liaise credibly and challenge appropriately with due consideration for cultural differences
