The Department of ISTEM (Innovation, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) plays a pivotal role in aligning our college with local and regional business needs while actively serving our community. With continued growth in 16–18 learner numbers and apprenticeships, our team is expanding, enhancing our capacity to deliver a high-quality curriculum. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Level 4 (or above) qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline
  • Prior experience as a lecturer in Engineering
  • Ability to deliver and assess practical workshop skills sessions (advantage, not essential)

  • Develop and set examinations or other assessment instruments to ensure that written/rewritten examinations are provided alongside regular examinations at least two weeks prior to the conclusion of the semester or as specified
