We are looking for a dedicated Lease Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing lease-related information, ensuring accuracy in financial obligations and documentation. This is a long-term contract position ideal for professionals seeking stability and growth within the IT Services industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review and analyze lease documentation to extract and record critical details
  • Manage lease abstracts and ensure all financial obligations are accurately documented
  • Perform CAM reconciliations and audits to verify budgetary compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and service partners to address lease-related inquiries
  • Monitor lease renewals and coordinate necessary updates or amendments
  • Ensure timely execution of lease agreements while maintaining compliance with deadlines
  • Provide detailed reporting on lease terms and associated financial data

Requirements:
