Job Description:

Learning Support Worker - Temp-to-Perm Opportunity. Randstad is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Workers for a rewarding temporary-to-permanent position at a specialist school supporting young adults with complex needs. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, including school holidays, offering an excellent opportunity to transition into a permanent position after a successful 12-week temporary period.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting young adults aged 18+ with complex needs
working alongside experienced teachers and other support workers in a well-resourced environment

Requirements:

Commitment to working with students with complex needs (including autism and physical disabilities)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Enhanced DBS check (Child and Adult)
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
Driving license is highly recommended due to location and public transport limitations
