Job Description:

Learning Support Assistant - Temp-to-Perm SEN Opportunity (18+). Randstad is urgently seeking highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSA) for a rewarding temporary-to-permanent position at a specialist school. This role is specifically designed for supporting young adults (18+) with complex needs (including autism and physical disabilities). Job Responsibility:

Providing direct learning and behavioural support alongside experienced teaching staff
Supporting young adults (18+) with complex needs (including autism and physical disabilities)

Requirements:

Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS Check (Child and Adult)
Must be able to commit to full-time, Monday to Friday hours
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to integrate effectively into a specialist team
A driving license is highly recommended
Genuine passion for and commitment to working with young adults with SEN and complex needs
