Job Description:

This role will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining training for adult learning in the LMS including all instructional video scripts, quizzes and certificates.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging, on-demand learning experiences for Brandwatch Academy using the LMS (Skilljar)
  • Manage LMS operations including course setup, path structuring, user testing, and reporting on user feedback
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Community) to identify learning needs and translate them into impactful educational content
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create course outlines, conceptual and instructional video scripts, quizzes, certificates, and other educational resources
  • Continuously assess and improve course content based on learner feedback, LMS analytics, and evolving customer use cases
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Brandwatch product suite and integrate real-world use cases into course design
  • Lead and contribute to Academy projects and initiatives, including internal communications and customer education strategies
  • Advocate for customer-centric learning experiences and ensure alignment with business goals and customer success metrics
  • Write and edit content for on-demand, use case– and industry–centric LMS courses
  • Proofread content for LMS courses to ensure clarity and accuracy
  • Research facts and information independently, document findings, and identify subject matter experts as needed
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships, proactively network with subject matter experts, and demonstrate diplomacy and tact under pressure
  • Manage the course development process and curricular materials (ex. - activities, quizzes, certificates) to create learning experiences aligned with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or a related field preferred
  • Typically, 3+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing LMS platforms and creating scalable learning content
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with customer education, community engagement, or support functions is advantageous
