Learning Product Developer

• Lead the product team and stakeholder management with business owners and stakeholders across IKEA organizations
• Lead the development and improvement of the learning portfolio related to IKEA’s supply and fulfilment
• Ensure learning solutions match business needs and support co-worker development
• Collaborate with teams across IKEA to reflect real-world challenges and opportunities in learning
• Take ownership of specific learning areas to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer fulfilment
• Hands-on experience in a country-level operation position
• Experience in leadership or matrix positions in fulfilment and/or supply
• Passionate about home furnishing and creating better lives at home
• Belief in learning and competence development as a key to business success
• Ability to work across teams and departments, building strong networks
• Comfortable with agile ways of working and open to new ideas
