Job Description:

This is a 6-month internship. Join us to create learning experiences that empower employees, drive adoption of new tools, and support organizational change. You’ll turn strategic inputs into engaging content that makes a real impact across efficy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create learning modules, courses, and micro-content on our e-learning platform using AI tools
  • Turn strategic briefs into clear, engaging learning journeys
  • Ensure content is practical, structured, and aligned with efficy’s transformation goals and tone
  • Work closely with SMEs and content owners to validate content
  • Track engagement metrics and improve content based on feedback
  • Support other enablement initiatives (process, capability, culture topics)
  • Create visual and video content for internal and social channels (Canva)
  • Support internal communications (newsletters, announcements, campaigns)
  • Contribute to change management communications
  • Assist with employer branding, culture, or leadership content

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (communications, media, journalism, digital transformation, business administration)
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized
  • Comfortable using AI tools and digital learning platforms
  • Interested in organizational change and learning & development
  • Confident collaborating with diverse stakeholders
