Job Responsibility:

  • Shaping learning frameworks and strategies by developing and adapting training materials and collaborating with internal teams to identify training needs and skill gaps
  • Managing the training ecosystem by acting as the central point for training requests, consulting on internal or external training solutions, selecting and negotiating with providers, and curating internal knowledge resources
  • Driving training operations by executing seamless programs, managing educational communications including registration and support, monitoring progress, and collecting feedback
  • Measuring training impact and managing budgets by tracking metrics, analyzing data, and reporting effectiveness to leadership
  • Championing corporate culture by organizing internal events and reinforcing company values through learning initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, personnel development, or corporate culture roles within fast-paced mid-to-large organizations
  • Experience with training platforms and interaction with course providers
  • Strong skills in organizing and administering training processes
  • Understanding of how to positively influence corporate culture through training
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
  • Willingness to take ownership and deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • English is Upper Intermediate
