Learning Consultant

• Provide strategic guidance and learning expertise to client groups
• Contribute to design, curation and management of enterprise-wide Academies and programmes
• Enable deployment of learning initiatives and track performance measures
• Act as trusted consultant to diagnose root causes of performance gaps
• Own full learning lifecycle from identifying needs to measuring impact
• Apply systems thinking to ensure learning solutions connect to broader outcomes
• Operate in agile, iterative ways to test and refine solutions
• Collaborate with Enterprise Talent, PGC, senior stakeholders and external bodies

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within multiple disciplines or a fast changing discipline
• Comprehensive understanding of several value units / products / regions / legal entities
• Advanced understanding of the industry and the relative positioning of HSBC's products and services
• Management responsibilities for a sizeable team of professionals (including responsibility for budget, and planning)
• Ability to guide, persuade and influence others through developed skills of communication and diplomacy
• Establishing effective collaborative relations with external organizations
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
