The Learning & Culture (L&C) organization supports the creation, curation, and deployment of end-to-end learning solutions to increase organizational and employee success. The Learning Advisor is a strategic Human Resources professional who helps identify the Learning needs of their coverage area and determine the appropriate solution in alignment with the Learning & Culture Menu of Services. The role works in close partnership with key business and HR stakeholders to deliver an integrated strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Help execute and market a Learning strategy that supports HR and business priorities and leverages enterprise solutions
Develop Learning strategy in partnership with manager and in alignment broader product/function Learning strategy
Conduct root cause and gap analyses to identify opportunities and appropriate solutions
Partner with other Learning Advisors to consult with stakeholders in the coverage area
Advises and ensures that learning products developed within the coverage area comply with standards and policies
where applicable, work with SMEs/originators outside of L&C to navigate Learning governance
Assist with measuring the effectiveness and success of training interventions, and communicating impact to stakeholders
Support management of the learning budget for function
Collaborate with peers in L&C and across HR to provide an integrated and consistent experience for partners and stakeholders
Stay abreast of latest external market trends and anticipate their impact on future capability requirements for function
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Requirements:
Proven experience in Learning
Key capabilities for this role include consulting, applying adult learning theory, developing business acumen, facilitation, measuring success and impact of Learning strategy, and project management skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Proven influencing and relationship management skills
Proactive leadership and motivational skills
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
