Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze processes, identify waste, propose solutions, and implement improvements
  • Lead and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across different areas
  • Identify opportunities and implement them within processes or facilities
  • Improve factory layout according to production needs and planning
  • Implement Lean strategies
  • Deliver both theoretical and shop-floor training

Requirements:

  • University degree in Management, Engineering, or another field relevant to the role
  • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven C2 level in both languages
  • Training in Lean methodologies
  • Strong knowledge and experience in applying Lean tools and continuous improvement methods
  • High sense of responsibility, organization, task planning, and deadline management
  • Persuasion, proactivity, autonomy, team spirit, assertive communication, and accuracy
  • Residence in, or availability to relocate to, Ponte de Sor and/or surrounding municipalities
