• Write and debrief assessment reports
• Advise on development plans
• Participate in related assessment delivery activities
• Partner with consulting colleagues as a subject matter expert (assessment, succession and talent/leadership development)
• Manage assignments in a fast-paced work environment

• Master's Degree or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior or Business
• Coaching experience and an ICF designation are an asset
