Job Description:

Lead Website Engineer for fast-moving squad building digital experiences, empowering marketing team, and integrating with martech stack. Responsible for technical vision, architecture, coaching developers, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Shape every stage of development from concept to deployment
Define technical vision and drive architectural decisions
Build and lead experimentation framework
Coach talented developers through feedback and performance reviews
Empower marketing team to manage content autonomously
Build memorable digital experiences and campaign microsites
Support acquisition channels with high-performance, conversion-optimized pages
Integrate with martech stack
Experiment with new frameworks and automation

Requirements:

Well-rounded experience in website development
Interest in JavaScript technologies
Interest for marketing topics
Ability to work on a range of projects (integration, architecture, SEO) with strong focus on front end
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical teammates
Keen eye for design and creating beautiful interfaces
Comfort with algorithms
Experience serving as tech lead/mentor/coach for software engineers
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Working proficiency in English (level B2 or equivalent)
Enthusiasm for working in Culture of Convexity
