LogicMonitor® is the AI-first hybrid observability platform powering the next generation of digital infrastructure. As the Lead Technical Trainer, Partners you will empower LogicMonitor’s service delivery partners to deliver high-quality professional services on our behalf, including implementations, customizations, and ongoing application of the LogicMonitor platform. You’ll design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that certify partners to operate at LogicMonitor’s standards of excellence. This role sits at the intersection of enablement, professional services, and partner success working closely with the Strategic Partner Success Lead and Partner Solutions Engineer to ensure each partner is confident, capable, and customer-ready. You will play a critical role in scaling LogicMonitor’s ecosystem by building a strong network of certified, technically proficient partners who can extend LogicMonitor’s reach globally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable training programs for professional services partners
  • Facilitate workshops, hands-on labs, and scenario-based learning experiences on the LM platform, implementation methodology, configuration standards, customization best practices, real-world deployments and optimization challenges
  • Build & maintain modular, reusable training assets including guides, lab exercises, assessments, and simulations tailored for partner delivery
  • Translate complex observability and AIOps concepts into clear, practical learning content for both technical and functional audiences
  • Partner with Strategic Partner Success Lead, Partner Solutions Engineer, and internal SMEs to develop partner onboarding journeys and ongoing education initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and technical mentor to partner trainers, consultants, and delivery teams
  • Track and report on training participation, certification progress, and success outcomes
  • Support partner audits, certification renewals, and ongoing competency assessments
  • Use AI to accelerate & enhance content development, training delivery, and program management, and continually enhance training effectiveness
  • Design and maintain hands-on labs, demos, and code samples leveraging APIs, SDKs, and automation frameworks
  • Write scripts, integrations, and sample applications (Groovy, PowerShell, Python, Java, etc.) to simulate real-world customer use cases
  • Contribute to reusable technical assets beyond training (e.g., developer enablement resources, GitHub repositories)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 6+ years of experience in technical training, partner enablement, or professional services delivery within SaaS, IT operations, or cloud infrastructure environments
  • Strong grasp of APIs, automation, and software integration in SaaS or enterprise environments
  • Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, monitoring, and observability platforms (LogicMonitor experience preferred)
  • Proven experience delivering instructor-led and virtual technical training
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences across technical levels and geographies
  • Proficiency using AI tools to enhance training experiences & operations
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for in-person training sessions, partner workshops, and certification events
