Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests at The Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Maintain cleanliness, communicate with kitchen staff, ensure quality service standards, and assist in team management while delivering the luxury service standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand.
Job Responsibility:
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Answer questions on menu selections
Communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of assigned tables
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees
Follow all company safety and security policies
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
