Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Product Management with demonstrable impact at Senior/Lead/Principal level in B2B platforms (automation, AI/ML, data or industrial domains a plus)
  • Track record aligning multiple teams around a clear strategy and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives to measurable outcomes
  • Strong data fluency: defining KPI trees, running post-launch analyses/experiments, and leading portfolio-level reviews that inform investment
  • Depth in discovery: turning qualitative and quantitative insight into opportunity statements and roadmaps tied to commercial value
  • Exceptional stakeholder skills: influencing without authority, resolving high-stakes conflicts with empathy and evidence, and communicating at exec level
  • Leadership mindset: coaching PMs, shaping team culture, and raising the bar for ownership, accountability, and pace
  • Experience at the intersection of hardware and software, or deploying AI/analytics in operational environments is a bonus
