Oversee the design, configuration, and management of advanced Microsoft 365 environments. This role is ideal for a systems engineering expert with a passion for driving innovation, enabling user productivity, and ensuring secure and efficient technology adoption. You will collaborate across teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions and contribute to the growth of organizational capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and configure scalable Microsoft 365 environments to enhance organizational efficiency
  • Lead the integration of AI-driven tools, including Copilot, to modernize workflows and improve productivity
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance for SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps usage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine collaborative solutions
  • Conduct user training and enablement sessions to maximize technology adoption and engagement
  • Monitor and address Microsoft 365 resources, including Service Health, Message Center, and Secure Score, to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues effectively
  • Research and implement new Microsoft 365 features, tools, and best practices to enhance system capabilities
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, requirements, and testing procedures
  • Mentor less experienced engineers to foster skill development and drive team improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in supporting or engineering Microsoft 365 platforms or similar collaboration technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including productivity and communication tools
  • Hands-on experience with Defender, Purview, or comparable security and compliance solutions
  • Microsoft 365 Associate-level certification or higher preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments
