Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Content Creation and Production: Develop, film, edit, and produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, 3D models, web designs, video broadcasts, and audio broadcasts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and engaging both internal and external audiences
Scriptwriting and Storyboarding: Write scripts, create storyboards, and plan production elements such as location scouting, shot selection, and digital effects to effectively visualize multimedia projects
Technical Proficiency and Post-Production: Operate and maintain production equipment, utilize editing software to perform tasks such as editing, color correction, and sound mixing, and oversee final editing and duplication
Project Management and Creative Development: Manage media projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborate with creative teams and clients to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts
Content Distribution and Metrics Collection: Handle the distribution of produced content across various platforms and collect relevant metrics to assess performance. Engage in continuous improvement practices and, where applicable, apply advanced project management training (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN, Kaizen) to enhance project outcomes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
8+ years of related experience
Professional Media Production experience
Media Production Technical Expert
Adobe Creative Suite Expert
Certification is required in some areas
