Job Description:

Lead Java Developer position at Inetum, a European leader in digital services, to lead technical direction of software development projects and drive innovation

Job Responsibility:

Lead the technical direction of software development projects
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Make decisions regarding architecture, tools, and technologies
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation
Participate in planning and coordination of development activities
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Promote Agile methodologies and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Proven experience as a senior developer
Proficient with version control systems (Git, GitLab, GitHub)
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and tools (AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to lead small development teams and drive innovation
Advanced knowledge of software lifecycle management and best practice
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development (Java, Spring Boot, JPA, REST APIs, Microservices, AWS)
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases

Nice to have:

Experience in the telecom industry and working in distributed teams
University degree in Computer Science or related field
