Are you someone who loves making things shine and thrives on creating those “wow” moments for guests? We’re on the lookout for a Lead Housekeeper to join our team at the beautiful Cape Hillsborough Nature Tourist Park. This is your chance to provide day-to-day support to a superstar team of Housekeepers, ensuring our cabins/villas, plus every public and common space, are always guest-ready and sparkling clean. You’ll be the go-to person for all things housekeeping, reporting to our Park Manager and making a real impact on every guest’s stay.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead & Motivate: Inspire and guide the team, keeping spirits high and standards even higher
  • Task Delegation: Keep the wheels turning by efficiently assigning tasks for smooth daily operations
  • Train & Onboard: Welcome new team members and show them the ropes, ensuring everyone knows our gold-standard procedures
  • Quality Assurance: Champion our commitment to a warm, friendly, and immaculate guest experience
  • All-Area Oversight: Oversee the cleanliness of our apartments and villas, plus all public areas and amenities

Requirements:

  • Roster Flexibility: Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays (average start 8:00am, with flexibility as needed)
