The Lead Generation Specialist plays a critical role in accelerating the fulfillment of travel nursing and allied health orders. This position aligns real-time business demand with targeted sourcing and recruitment marketing execution to drive submissions and placements—not just leads. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Recruitment, and Travel Operations, this role prioritizes high-impact orders and activates candidates quickly using Bullhorn, HubSpot, and AI-driven sourcing tools. Success is measured by speed-to-fill, submission volume, and placement outcomes. This role directly impacts revenue and client satisfaction by turning open orders into filled assignments through speed, insight, and execution. The Lead Generation Specialist is a key driver of growth in a fast-moving healthcare staffing environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review open orders daily and partner with Travel leadership to prioritize based on urgency, bill rate, specialty demand, and fill probability
  • Quickly activate sourcing efforts to drive immediate submissions and placements
  • Shift focus in real time as market conditions and client needs change
  • Source, segment, and re-engage candidates using advanced Bullhorn functionality
  • Optimize workflows, tagging, and data hygiene to support recruiter handoff
  • Track submission and placement performance through reporting
  • Execute targeted sourcing campaigns across job boards, email, SMS, and digital channels
  • Build and optimize automated workflows in HubSpot by specialty and location
  • Partner with Marketing to launch rapid-response campaigns when needed
  • Leverage AI tools for candidate discovery, messaging, and personalization
  • Test and scale automation tools to improve speed and conversion
  • Recommend tools or channels to retire based on performance
  • Monitor market trends (bill rates, hotspots, specialty demand)
  • Report on KPIs including time-to-first-submission and conversion rates
  • Share insights to optimize sourcing strategy and spend

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in travel healthcare staffing (nursing or allied)
  • Advanced Bullhorn ATS/CRM proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot email/SMS automation
  • Proven ability to execute high-volume sourcing campaigns
