Job Responsibility:
Review open orders daily and partner with Travel leadership to prioritize based on urgency, bill rate, specialty demand, and fill probability
Quickly activate sourcing efforts to drive immediate submissions and placements
Shift focus in real time as market conditions and client needs change
Source, segment, and re-engage candidates using advanced Bullhorn functionality
Optimize workflows, tagging, and data hygiene to support recruiter handoff
Track submission and placement performance through reporting
Execute targeted sourcing campaigns across job boards, email, SMS, and digital channels
Build and optimize automated workflows in HubSpot by specialty and location
Partner with Marketing to launch rapid-response campaigns when needed
Leverage AI tools for candidate discovery, messaging, and personalization
Test and scale automation tools to improve speed and conversion
Recommend tools or channels to retire based on performance
