Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Manager to join our on-site team in Bacolod. This role is essential in driving business growth through strategic lead generation initiatives and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with a strong background in research and lead management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct in-depth market and industry research to identify potential leads and opportunities
  • Gather and verify contact information and other relevant data from various sources
  • Maintain and manage a clean, updated, and organized contact database
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly lead generation reports and performance summaries
  • Oversee and evaluate the daily performance of the lead generation team
  • Set and monitor KPIs to ensure productivity and output standards are met
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to improve team effectiveness and accuracy
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align strategies and support the sales pipeline
  • Scan, review, verify, and upload leads and documents to the appropriate systems or databases
