Job Description:

Our unit designs and delivers electrification, instrumentation, and process control solutions for pulp mills, energy producers, and other industries (including marine) worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the technical delivery of projects from start to finish
  • Ensure solutions meet customer standards and expectations
  • Oversee quality, schedule, and budget within your scope
  • Coordinate engineering work with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
  • Make technical decisions, schedule tasks, supervise engineering and field installation at sites
  • Make purchasing for E&I equipment and participating of process equipment procurement
  • Use the customer contract as a key tool to manage scope and delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Automation, Electronics, Energy, or Industrial Engineering, or another relevant field
  • Several years of experience in instrumentation or electrification within projects
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly (short duration monthly basis for meetings with customer and suppliers)
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
  • The ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and seek solutions collaboratively

Nice to have:

Familiarity with electrification and processes in power boilers, power plants, or recovery boilers is a strong plus
