Lead Educator

Nurturing the greatness in every child - and in you. Are you a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator ready to step into a role where your passion is celebrated and your growth is encouraged? At Great Beginnings Golden Bay, we’re on the lookout for an inspiring Lead Educator to join our warm, energetic, and close-knit team in our Nursery 1 room (6 weeks–12 months). With a cosy group of up to 8 children and a strong two-room nursery partnership, you’ll be well supported to do your best work every day. You’ll bring heart, creativity, and confidence to nurturing our youngest learners, building beautiful relationships, and shaping a calm, engaging environment where babies feel safe, loved, and curious. This is a full-time, fixed-term role (38 hours per week) on a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to extend.
