The Lead Director in Commercial, Network and Provider is responsible for product management leadership for multiple product teams to enable a best-in-class E2E experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Product management leadership for multiple product teams
  • Own and define product vision and strategy, roadmap, feature delivery
  • Manage backlog of features and enablers to enhance the product
  • Provide leadership on how to sequence and prioritize investments
  • Lead product teams to achieve key outcomes
  • Serve as main point-of-contact with stakeholders
  • Define and socialize product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Establish Epics or initiatives aligned to strategic programs
  • Translate customer and business needs into product strategy
  • Align roadmaps, backlogs, capacity, timelines, and commitments
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies & meetings
  • Coordinate product launches including beta testing
  • Understand market and customer needs
  • Grow and develop the team

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical product management, with focus around building technical products and services
  • 5+ years of experience working in the healthcare payor industry
  • 5+ years of experience in building and managing technical product teams using Agile framework
  • Able to travel up to 5% annually
  • Able to support central time hours
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
