Drive white glove client servicing at a mid-sized actively growing AdTech company. This role will be responsible for supporting a line of business from post IO to campaign wrap balancing externals needs with internal bandwidth and expertise. Overall ensuring the client experience is easy and positive for renewal.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Client/Publisher communication, balancing external needs with internal bandwidth across the Operations organization
Serve as a strategic partner to client/publishers throughout the pre-launch and launch phases of KERV activations, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate closely with client/publisher teams to prepare, optimize, and execute interactive ad experiences using Kerv technology
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth activation workflows, high-quality launch readiness, and successful go-live execution with publishing partners
Act as a trusted resource for publishers by addressing technical needs, troubleshooting issues, and proactively identifying enhancements that improve activation outcomes
Drive upsell and incremental strategy post launch of a client campaign
Stay up to date on industry trends and be able to speak to impacts to KERV business and products
Audit and confirm billing numbers for invoice procurement at the end of each month. Actualize CRM tool accordingly, with assistance from your Client Success Manager
Independently and effectively managing campaigns
Review and refine, as needed client reporting and drive the “Why Kerv” narrative, with support from Client Success Manager
Provide guidance to Client Success Manager and provide support for Associate Director and Manager as needed
Requirements:
4+ years of relevant experience within advertising, marketing, or client service roles
Proficient in microsoft office (specifically excel, ppt)
Solution Oriented and Detail Oriented to ensure client details are captured
Comfortable Presenting and Leading Client Calls
Strong understanding of digital and programmatic advertising
Previous experience in planning, buying, and/or managing digital advertising campaigns
Proficiency with ad technology tools, systems, and platforms, including DSPs, DMPs, publisher or agency ad servers, and 3rd party measurement, research, and verification vendors
Strong communication skills- both written and verbal
