As a Lead BSA Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting and applying the Building Safety Act 2022 across a diverse range of projects.
Job Responsibility:
Lead on the interpretation and implementation of the Building Safety Act across multiple projects
Support clients in discharging their duties under the new legislation
Provide technical advice and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders
Develop compliance strategies and contribute to wider risk and governance frameworks
Represent the business at industry forums and working groups relating to building safety
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in a Lead BSA Advisor or similar regulatory role
In-depth knowledge of the Building Safety Act and associated secondary legislation
Background in construction, architecture, building surveying, or compliance
Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory experience
Relevant qualifications such as Chartered Membership of IOSH, RICS, CABE, or CIOB are desirable
