Job Responsibility:
developing and executing bold brand strategies that bring these brands’ distinctive characters to life
overseeing brand campaigns, innovation projects, and partnerships
working closely with cross-functional teams, global markets, and agency partners
ensuring best-in-class activation, compelling storytelling, and commercial impact
managing the full brand journey from creative development to performance tracking
Requirements:
5 - 7 years of brand management experience at a world-class CPG company or alcohol beverage company, ideally both
master’s degree preferable
brand builder – passionate, curious, and commercially minded
proven experience in FMCG or spirits
track record of leading successful campaigns and driving measurable results
comfortable with creative ideation and data-driven analysis
thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
entrepreneurial mindset
strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
flair for storytelling
