Job Description:

Responsible for managing hotel laundry operations and services, including washing, drying, and ironing for guest rooms and Food and Beverage/Culinary Department; maintaining a safe and clean work environment; ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing departmental financial performance

Job Responsibility:

Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, standards, and meeting customer expectations
supervising and managing employees, including operational needs in their absence
monitoring safety procedures and processes
managing budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports
ordering and managing supplies and equipment
participating in the management of department expenses
supervising laundry shift operations
ensuring employee productivity standards
providing exceptional customer service
coaching, mentoring, recruiting, and managing Human Resources activities
celebrating team member successes
ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
2 years experience in the laundry, housekeeping, or related professional area
