Job Description:

This is a remote full-time job opportunity where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Athens, Greece or are looking at working & relocating here. You will have the chance to serve the Latvian speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the first point of contact for all Latvian callers
Respond and record customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
Maintain solid customer relationships with Latvian customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems
Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements:

Native command of the Latvian language
Fluency in English
PC literacy
High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Client-centric mindset
