As a Land Experience Expert, you’ll be the engine behind our shore operations. From preparing materials to coordinating logistics and supporting sales, you’ll make sure every excursion runs smoothly, turning great plans into unforgettable experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Set the stage for success by preparing all materials and coordinating with tour operators
Support daily operations with precision and positivity, ensuring smooth communication and teamwork
Help optimize resources and contribute to efficient, cost-conscious operations
Make dispatch and return moments seamless, welcoming guests with energy and care
Join excursions to monitor quality, solve issues, and elevate guest satisfaction
Assist with translations and manage special requests with attention and empathy
Ensure disembarkation transfers are correctly assigned and ready to go
Support sales across guest touchpoints, turning questions into opportunities
Listen actively, spotting guest needs and suggesting new ideas to enhance their experience
Monitor excursions to ensure safety and service excellence
Assist in case of injury, always following proper procedures
Communicate with international stakeholders, adapting with cultural awareness and professionalism
Make logistics smooth and efficient, reducing waiting times and keeping operations flowing
Ensure safety standards are respected throughout the excursion journey
Requirements:
High School Diploma or a degree in Tourism or Languages
Fluent in English (B2) and at least two other languages—German, French, or Spanish (B2-C1)
Experience in the Tour Operator sector
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel) and comfortable navigating digital tools
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Italian
Experience onboard and in direct sales environments
