Job Description:

With a customer-centric approach, you will be part of the Commercial business unit, which offers a complete and integrated portfolio, including petroleum products, natural gas, and electricity. Additionally, it provides convenience products and services, as well as multi-energy solutions such as charging points for electric vehicles and decentralized solar energy solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Perform tests and daily operations, ensuring continuous improvement, compliance with procedures and regulations, and improved service levels
Conduct tests for Interlaboratory Testing Programs, ensuring the maintenance and demonstration of competence
Carry out activities related to quality control and the creation of lubricant product prototypes, characterizing them
Support and respond to audits of the Accredited Laboratory System under the ISO/IEC 17025 standard
Prepare work documents such as operational procedures or assist in regulatory updates
Ensure the quality and validity of produced results and equipment control
Monitor and track equipment performance
Assist in the implementation of new techniques or technologies
Identify opportunities and improvement actions (in operational efficiency, safety, environment, and quality) or help ensure their implementation

Requirements:

Customer orientation and attention to detail
Teamwork skills, initiative, team spirit, and energy
Positive and assertive communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Organizational and operational response capabilities
English proficiency – Intermediate level (reading/writing/speaking)
IT/technology knowledge, Excel, and Power BI (preferably at an intermediate or advanced level)
