Job Description:

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our growing research and development team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in the lab, operating equipment, and supporting product and process innovation. You'll help develop, test, and improve lab-scale formulations that contribute directly to high-quality, real-world products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare, test, and evaluate lab-scale samples to support new product development and customer-driven projects
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory and pilot-scale equipment to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support scale-up and process development through data collection, material testing, and documentation
  • Record all experimental data, observations, and calculations accurately in both written and electronic lab notebooks
  • Perform stoichiometric and chemical calculations using manual and digital tools
  • Conduct research to help identify solutions, improve formulations, and optimize manufacturing processes
  • Follow all EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards, SOPs, and lab safety protocols
  • Work closely with scientists, engineers, and production teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Experience supporting R&D, formulation, or process development is highly desirable
