Labor & Global Mobility Intern

• Assist in labor data analysis and trends across multiple jurisdictions
• Support labor expansion projects by researching employment regulations in new markets
• Help in the creation and maintenance of labor-related documentation, including contracts and internal policies
• Address employee queries on labor topics and work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance
• Assist in coordinating the relocation process for employees moving internationally
• Support with maintaining accurate records of work permits and visas, ensuring timely renewals and compliance
• Collaborate with external providers, such as immigration lawyers and tax consultants
• Work with internal teams to optimize global mobility processes and ensure smooth transitions for employees

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, International Relations, or a related field
• Interest in labor law, global mobility, and international employment matters
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• English fluency (C1+)
• additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic, global environment
